ICMA has been active in researching and documenting LUCs, and best practices related to LUCs, for several years, particularly regarding contamination at brownfields sites and military/federal facilities. ICMA collected materials and documents from non-profit research groups, local governments, local reuse agencies, restoration advisory boards, the private sector, and federal and state agencies. The e-Library allows users to locate these resources, such as sample ordinances, policies, MOUs, fact sheets, reuse plans and guidances in full-text.
