In the e-Library, you can browse the following categories: 1) Issuing Agency/Entity, 2) Type of Site, 3) Type of Control and/or 4) LUC Topic area.

• If you are looking for a document(s) issued by US EPA or DOD, or a state agency, you may want to choose the "Issuing Agency/Entity" category.
• If you are looking for a document/report related to brownfields sites, a military base, or DOE site, you may want to start in the "Type of Site" category.
• If you are looking specifically for information on easements or ordinances, then "Type of LUC" may be a good place to start, or
• If you want to browse for information on a particular issue such as long-term stewardship concerns or unexploded ordnance (UXO), it may be beneficial to start in the "LUC Topic" category.

To really focus your search, choose an item from more than one category. In such a search, the e-Library will return documents that are in both the categories chosen and those attached to just one of the categories in your search. The resulting documents are separated by those that meet the search criteria perfectly and those that do not. A "" appears in front of titles that meet all browse/search criteria, while a "" signifies a title that partially meets the browse/search criteria.

These categories are a great way to browse or to start your search, but you are also able to begin at any point by using the "Keyword Search" option throughout this site.
